Dino P Sold to Maria van den Dungen
November 30, 2007
Sanneke Rothenberger’s Dino P has been sold
to Dutch Pony team rider Maria van den Dungen. The
chestnut German Reitpony gelding by Derbino is an experienced
FEI Dressage pony which will complete Van den Dungen’s
team of top quality FEI dressage ponies.
Dino P has been
extremely successful under Sanneke Rothenberger,
placing first at the 2006 CDI-P Stadl
Paura, the 2005 South German Indoor Pony Championships
and the 2005 CDI-P Addington. They also ranked highly
at the 2006 CDI-P Weikersdorf, the Preis der Besten
qualifiers and they were individual medalists at
the 2005 and 2006 German Pony Championships an Hessian
Championships.
The 13-year old Maria is Dutch indoor
champion with the pony stallion Pan Tau B and she is
member of the
Dutch Pony team with Pan Tau B and former European
bronze medallist Hertenhof’s Sunlight. Aboard
her upcoming star Arts Demaran, she won the Dutch Pony
Championships at L1-level this summer.
The Rothenbergers
decided to sell Dino P to Van Den Dungen following
a great try-out during which Maria
closely connected with Dino in a very short time.
The combination made a solid partnership and will make
their show debut next weekend at the CDI-P Weert.
