Leida Strijk to Marry Bermuda Eventing rider Tim Collins

Dutch dressage rider Leida Strijk has announced her plans to marry Bermuda eventing rider Tim Collins. The pair has know each other for a quite a while and decided to get married on 28th July 2001 in Bermuda, where Collins parents still live.

Strijk travelled to England early December to live with Collins and compete her three show horses Magic Michael, Just Mickey and the KWPN approved stallion Kennedy. Tim Collins has five competition horses for eventing.

After their marriage the couple will live together at Stretcholt Stud Farm in Somerset. Strijk, who is trained by Diederik Wigmans, will continue to ride for Holland.
