Markus Gribbe Joins the Pidgley's "Team Berkeley"

 German Grand Prix dressage rider Markus Gribbe has joined the Pidgley's
'Team Berkeley' at Windsor, Great Britain, to assist Sarah Pidgley and
Damian Hallam with the training of their world class dressage horses.
The 43-year old Gribbe will be coaching Sarah Pidgley and Damian Hallam at
home and at national and international dressage shows. He will also handle
the training of the FEI level horses as well as the young dressage horses.
"We are thrilled to have Markus onboard. His experience as a trainer of
talented dressage horses as well as being a great coach is exactly what Team
Berkeley needs. He will be of great support to us, bringing extra ambition
and renewed enthusiasm to our stable," Sarah Pidgley said.
Gribbe is a successful international dressage rider. Aboard Wild Rose he won
the German Young Horse Championships and he competed her up to Grand Prix
level. He won three Nations Cups for Germany with the stallion Plaisir d'
Amour and trained the German Bavarian disabled riding team for eight years.
For the last five years, Gribbe was employed at Dr. Bechtolsheimer's yard in
Ampney St. Peter (U.K.), where he brought Laura Bechtolsheimer up to the
2006 World Equestrian Games.
Gribbe will be joined by his wife Sylvia and daughter Joya at Tony and Sarah
Pidgley's Kilbees Farm Stud in Windsor, Berkshire, Great Britain.
