Steffen Peters did it again. He wielded the axe of power and dethroned both European dressage divas Anky van Grunsven and Isabell Werth by winning the Grand Prix with 76.85% at the World Dressage Masters in Wellington. Van Grunsven came in second with a score more than two percent lower than the winner. Werth "only" got 72.55% on Satchmo and almost got beaten by Ashley Holzer as well.
