Long List Unaltered After Third Dutch Trial for 2010 WCYH

The long list of Dutch young horses aiming to represent the Netherlands at the 2010 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses, has stayed unaltered after the third Dutch selection trial at the KNHS Head quarters in Ermelo, The Netherlands, on Monday 26 April 2010.

All combinations had to ride the preliminary test and afterwards were given training advice by selector Johan Hamminga, who worked with each pair for ten minutes.

"I have the feeling that the riders are riding better every year and also know more what is expected from them," Hamminga told Horses of the Dutch.

The fourth selection trial wil be on 8 June and two more sessions follow on 29 June and 13 July. "After today's selection we will give the horses one month rest, which is nice for thm. Like this they don't have to peak all the time and can work toards the fourth trial," said Hamminga.
