2009 European Junior and Young Riders Championships

Dutch Junior and Young Riders Team Announced

Sanne van Grotel on MelvinDutch JR/YR chef d'equipe Tineke Bartels has now officially announced the Dutch teams that will represent the Netherlands at the 2009 European Junior and Young Riders Championships which take place in Ermelo, The Netherlands, August 4 - 9, unfortunately badly scheduled on the same date as the 2009 World Young Horse Championships in Verden.

The Dutch junior riders team includes:

  • Angela Krooswijk - Roman Nature
  • Sanne van Grotel - Melvin
  • Michelle van Lanen - Incredible
  • Brigit van der Drift - Twister
  • Reserve: Teddy Wiedeler - Topper

The Dutch young riders team is constituted by:

  • Lotje Schoots - Torricelli (reserve horse: Reine B)
  • Marrigje van Baalen - Don Cardinale
  • Diederik van Silfhout - Ruby (reserve horse: Davidoff)
  • Marjolein Cho Chia Yuen - Cho's Pepper
  • Reserve: Robin Beekink - Pablo
