2009 CDIO Aachen

German Dressage Team Announced

The German Equestrian Federation and German team trainer Holger Schmezer have announced the team that will represent Germany at the 2009 CDIO Aachen July 1-5, 2009.

Based on the performances of the riders at the 2009 German Dressage Championships, the team consists of the top four ranked riders of championships:

• Isabell Werth - Satchmo or Warum Nicht
• Matthias Alexander Rath - Sterntaler Unicef
• Ulla Salzgeber - Herzruf's Erbe
• Heike Kemmer - Bonaparte

The 2009 CDIO Aachen is the final selection trial for the Germans before the 2009 European Championships in Windsor, Great Britain (August 25-30, 2009).
