Della Cavalleria, Rock Forever and Highlander win
Bad Salzuflen Bundeschampionate Qualifier

Cavalleria, Rock Forever and Highlander became the
winners of the Bundeschampionate qualification
classes at the selection trial in Bad Salzuflen,
Germany, May 10-11, 2008.
The 5-year old Dressage Horse division was split up
in two groups. Winner of group 1 was the Oldenburg
mare Della Cavalleria under Kira Wulferding. The dark
bay mare by Diamond Hit x Rubinstein is owned by Sissy
Max-Theurer and scored a winning 8.6 under Wulferding.
Dr. Ulf Möller ranked second aboard the Brandenburg
bred Samba Hit III (by Sandro Hit x Brentano II) on
8.3. Jenny Kitzing and the Delight (by Diamond Hit
x Sandro Hit) placed third on 7.6 but has not yet qualified
for the finals, for which a score of 7.8 or higher
is needed.
Oliever Oelrich and the Westfalian licensed stallion
Rock Forever (by Rockwell x Landstreicher) won the
5-year old group 2 division . The dark bay stallion
scored 7.9. Jan-Dirk Gießelmann and the Hanoverian
mare Rihanna (by Rohdiamant x Werther) slotted in second
place with 7.8.
In the 6-year old Dressage Horse class Dorothee Schneider
and the dark bay Hanoverian stallion Highlander (by
Hohenstein x Hill Hawk xx) claimed the trophy with
an 8.3 score. Former young rider Tom Berg placed second
with Diva Royal (by Don Frederico x Warkant) on 8.2.
Stefanie Kerner, a PSI auction rider and the silver
medallist at the 2008 German Professional Dressage
Championships a few weeks ago, finished in third place
with 8.0. Kerner rode the Hof Kasselmann owned Weitsicht
(by Welt Hit I x Andrew).
