to Represent Portugal at the 2007 Young Rider World
Cup

Boaventura Freire will represent his country Portugal
at the 2007 FEI Young Riders World Cup Final, held
at the CDI-W Frankfurt, December 12-16, 2007. Fourteen
riders from five continents will compete at this global
event for young riders.
The Portuguese Dressage Association
is pleased to inform that Portugal
will be also represented there by the rider Boaventura Freire riding the 11-year
old Lusitano
stallion Peralta Pinha (Hipolito x Uije x Saltilho). Freire has been training
at Klosterhof Medingen in Germany, where his stallion
stands up for stud.
"This rider deserves this honoured participation
in this contest through his hard work and the remarkable scores got this year:
9th (69,75%) in the 2007 European Young
Riders Championship in Nussloch, and 4th (70,25%)
at the CDI Elmshorn," the APD stated.
