Dutch riders Kirsten Beckers had the ride of a lifetime on Broere Jazz in the Grand Prix Special. Scoring 72.280%, the duo placed sixth in the world's best field of competitors.
"It went so easily. To my feeling, the test flew by and I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything went automatically," Beckers told the KWPN press officier.

Last year Danish Joachim Thomsen and Mikado Engvang were the revellations of Aachen. As new comers, they stormed all the way into the CDIO Grand Prix Kur Finals. This year, Swedish Emma Karlsson and her Westfalian mare Faradera (by Florestan) were the big break through couple. They placed 12th in the Special with 68.360% and 12th in the Kur with 71.100%.
