2005 KWPN/KNHS Stallion Competition

Uptown, Dream Catcher and Florencio Win in Weert

Hans Peter Minderhoud and FlorencioUptown, Decor Dream Catcher and Florencio were the winning stallions in the second leg of the 2005 KWPN/KNHS Stallion Competition. This second trial was organized at Stable De Ijzeren Man in Weert, The Netherlands.

The KWPN Licesing Champion Uptown (by Kennedy x Ubis) was the undisputed winner at L-level (First). Under Hans Peter Minderhoud, Uptown showed an outstanding walk and canter and scored a total of 83 points. Minderhoud placed second with the NRPS licensed stallion Game Boy (Gribaldi x Pion). Finishing third were Emmelie Scholtens and Uphill (Oscar x Apollonios xx).

At M-level, Mirelle van Kemenade continued her success tour aboard the Oldenburg bred Decor Dream Catcher (Day Dream x Rubinstein), winning the class with 83.5 points. Kim Leduc and Trento B placed second with 79.5 points, followed by Hans Peter Minderhoud on Tolando.

The Westfalian branded Florencio (Florestan x Weltmeyer) and Hans Peter Minderhoud again bested the field at Z-level with 160 points. He referred Diederik van Silfhout and Special D (by Metall x Zandigo) to second place. This young pair scored 150 points. Van Silfhout also ranked third aboard Riverman (by Kenwood) with 138 points, and tied with Playboy (by Kennedy x Kaiserstern xx).
