Van Kemenade and Kerner Win Neuss-Grefrath Bundeschampionate Qualifier

Mirelle van Kemenade with Dream CatcherOnly three riders were able to qualify themselves for the Bundeschampionate in Warendorf at the trial in Neuss-Grefrath in Rhineland, Germany. Winners of the two qualifying classes were the Dutch Mirelle van Kemenade and the German Stefanie Kerner.

The 5-year old division was won by Van Kemenade who saddled her Oldenburg licensed stallion Dream Catcher (by Day Dream x Rubinstein). The pair scored 8.2 and won the class.

In the 6-year old division two riders were able to get a ticket for Warendorf. Winner of the class was Stefanie Kerner on D'Accord, an Oldenburg De Niro x Pablo offspring. Kerner got 8.3 from the judges and beat Danish Fie Skarsoe on the Rhinelander mare Media Luna (by Munchhausen x Karon), who received 8.0 for her ride.

  • 2. Fie Skarsoe - Media Luna - 8.0
