Dutch Grand Prix Horse Knock Out Sold to the U.S.A.
Marie
José Hulsmans' Grand Prix horse Knock Out has
been sold to the United States. The 11-year old black
gelding has been sold to Robert Dover's student Melissa
Krecytz of Long Island, USA. Bred by H. Kolen from Berkel-Enschot,
The Netherlands, Knock Out is by Naturel out of a Pericles
xx dam.
Marie José Hulsman still has one Grand Prix
horse left, the dapple grey Le Montrachet. Hulsman accompanied
Knock Out to the United States . "I really do not
like it to sell a horse, but Knock Out's life would
be better in Long Island than here. He has one groom
entirely to himself. He will be put in the pasture a
couple of hours a day and his new rider Melissa is a
good rider and can do any movement with him," Hulsman
said. Krecytz and Knock Out will be competing at Intermediaire
I level.
