Nicole Uphoff Gives Birth to Baby Boy

In the early morning of Wednesday January 28, 2004, double Olympic dressage champion Nicole Uphoff gave birth to a baby boy. Born in the hospital of Wesel, German, Uphoff's baby is 50 centimeters tall and weighs 3,050 kilograms.

Father of Uphoff's son is her long time partner, the New Zealander Travis Morgan. The baby has been named Patrick.
