Four
New Prospects for Ulla Salzgeber
Leading
Grand Prix dressage rider in the world, Ulla Salzgeber,
has become the lucky trainer of four new, talented dressage
prospects. Horse enthusiast Aleksander Moksel, known
from equestrian centre and show jumping sponsor team
Almox, has purchased four young stallions at the annual
sport horse auction in Marbach, Germany, and placed
them under the care and training of Salzgeber in Bad
Worishofen, Germany.
The Baden-Wurttembergian
Main Stallion Station auctioned 21 horses and brood
mares for a an average price pf 11.376 €. Top knockdown
price was 36,000 € for Lerino, a 3 year old stallion
by Le Champion x Renard. Moksel bought this beautiful
mount for Ulla Salzgeber, together with the 4-year old
Lecteur (9,000 € - Le Champion x Girond), the 3-year
old Lac Leman (12,000 € - Lenys Lemon x Armin)
and Le Mans (23,000 € - Lenys Lemon x Dynamo).
Third most
expensive horse was the 3-year old stallion Le Roc (Lenys
Lemon x Raphael) who was purchased by Martin Schaudt's
training assistent Carmen Klaus for 18,000 €. The
3-year old gelding Demoskop (Disco Tanzer x Palisador)
was sold to young rider Jan Andreas Viebrock for 16,000
€.
