French Equestrian Federation Invests in Dressage

The
technical delegate of the French Equestrian Federation
has announced the FFE's special efforts to the improve
the level of dressage in the country. For a start, the
budget for the discipline has been doubled by the FFE
and in order to help Chef d'Equipe Margit Otto Crepin
in her pursuits, an agreement has been made between
Otto Crepin and the National Equestrian Academy in Saumur,
France, to use Saumur's trainers Laurence Sautet and
Philippe Limousin for the tutoring of the pony, junior
and young riders' teams.
Laurence Sautet will be taking on the pony trainings
as former trainer Fabien Godelle has resigned from this
position to concentrate on his own competition career.
Three training sessions will be held at the Equestrian
Academy in the near future with Margit Otto Crepin.

The training sessions can be audited for free and will
take place in Saumur on:
27 - 28 December 2002: Junior / Young Riders (12 15
riders maximum)
29 December 2002: Prix St Georges Riders (12 - 15 riders
maximum)
10 - 12 January 2003: Grand Priw riders (16 riders maximum)
