Ballaseyr Stables signed up Richard Davison as their
new competition rider
The Ballaseyr string includes two Grand Prix horses
including the promising young mare Ballaseyr Royale.
Richards principal sponsors will remain Hiscox plc,
the specialist insurers, who have just announced their
continued support of Richards other horses, including
Hiscox Askari, until the next Olympics.
Gordon Harris of Ballaseyr said "We have watched Richard
over the years. He is a highly respected rider on the
international scene and we are impressed by his track
record, professionalism and determination. I believe
he will be a great asset for us and hopefully our horses
will strengthen his position still further.
Ballaseyr also sponsor Irish international show jumper,
Cameron Hanley. Richard and Cameron are already involved
with the Ballaseyr Scholarship scheme which provides
free training, accomodation and management support to
selected young international riders.
