Dressage News:
NRPS Pony Valentijn
available for Belgian FEI Pony Rider
The
13 year old NRPS pony gelding Valentijn is available
to be shown by a "Belgian" FEI Pony Rider. Owner and
former rider Wendy van der Helm is offering her pony
to any rider who wants to compete her little star in
the FEI pony tests. "I'm looking for a boy or a girl
who wants to show Valentijn in the pony tests, people
who offer him a good stable and treat him well," Wendy
told Junior Riders. Valentijn is by Valentino (by Downlad
Folklore) out of Brinkchoff's First lady (by Conquistador).
He knows flying lead changes, tempi's every three and
four strides, zig zag half passes in canter and the
beginning of canter pirouettes. With this level of training,
Valentijn is most certainly capable in doing the pony
tests.
"Valentijn
is not for sale," Wendy said. The Dutch Junior Rider
who is planning on competiting in Belgium in the near
future wants to support Belgian dressage by offering
her pony. "We don't want any leasing fees, he's for
free as long as the stable he's going to in an exceptional
one." If you are interested in taking care of this pony,
meaning showing and training him, than please contact
