Federweisser Sold to Canada

FederweisserThe Hanoverian licensed breeding stallion Federweisser has been sold to Canada. Spruce Meadows, known for organizing one of the world's biggest show jumping events, purchased the chestnut stallion for their breeding program. Located in Calgary, Canada, Spruce Meadows is also standing Lapallo (Laptop x Gloster), Foxhunter (Watzmann x Inschallah) and Simply SM (Silvio x Calypso II) at stud.

Federweisser is a 1994 born stallion by Feiner Graf x Lungau x Nomade and is bred by H. Holscher Junior. He won the 1997 Stallion Performance Test in Adelheidsdorf with 142.97 points, placing first in both show jumping and dressage. He stood up for stud at the Landsgestut in Celle.

Another German stallion crossing the Atlantic ocean is Landwerder. This 15-year old grey Oldenburg stallion by Landadel x Godehard is moving to Summer Stoffel's Silver Creek Farm in Oklahoma.
