2009 Danish Stallion Licensing
Cajus Proclaimed Danish Stallion of the Year
March 10, 2009
When licensed in 2007 Cajus by Coronado I / Lagano was far ahead of his time representing the jumper type of the future. He was misunderstood by many breeders but he has retaliated since then, said spokesman of the licensing committee, Poul Graugaard.
As a young colt Cajus, bred and owned by Kari and Jack Munch Christiansen, scored 10 for free jumping. At the age of 6 years he won bronze at the WBFSH world championships at Zangersheide and earned his first international Grand Prix victory in 2003. Cajus has sired three licensed sons and numerous international jumpers at Grand Prix level.
