Ohlala, Price Highlight of the 2009 Danish Warmblood Elite Foal Auction

Ohlala became the price highlight of the 2009 Danish Warmblood Elite Foal auction held on Saturday 5 September 2009 at the Danish Warmblood equestrian centre in Vilhelmsborg, Denmark.

Ohlala FJ. is a bay filly bred by Frode Jensen. This dressage filly is by Blue Hors Zack out of Ohio (by Limelight) and sold to Kirk Dressage for 300,000 DKK (40,400 euro).

Sandbaeks Lacapo, a Tailormade Temptation x Solos Landtinus colt which was proclaimed Danish Warmblood Colt of the Year, sold for 150,000 DKK (20,200 €). The gorgeous liver chestnut colt Believe Me (by Belissimo M x Prince Mab xx) sold for 160,000 DKK (21,500 €).

85,5% of the selected foals were actually sold to new owners. Fourty-seven foals sold for an average price of 49,000 DKK (6,600 €).
