Groom Wanted for German Dressage Rider Christian Bruehe

 Christian Bruehe, a German international FEI rider, is looking for an experienced groom to work full-time and on an unlimited contract until at least the end of 2012. S/he will have to groom his four horses in Krefeld, Germany, and travel with them to upcoming national and international competitions.
Duties include total management of the horses, preparing them for trainings, overseeing medical treatments, taking care of them at competitions, etc..
The applicant should have in-depth knowledge of high performance horses and a high standard of care. S/he also needs to be able to identify health conditions and other needs. The candidate must be able to attend to the horses independently.
Substantial experience (minimum 5 years) in similar positions is required, as well as prior experience in traveling with horses and working as a groom on-site at international competitions.
The applicant must speak fluent English and be highly responsible, flexible and sociable. Please include references if available.
The stable is a first class training facility in Krefeld, Germany. Horses and rider are trained by internationally acclaimed dressage trainer Jean Bemelmans. Accomodation etc. will be provided upon request.
