 A head trainer position is open at the international training center, Tempel Farms, located north of Chicago, United States.
Tempel Lipizzans seeks an FEI Trainer and horse educator. The candidate must demonstrate ability to start young horses, laying the proper classical dressage training foundation. Experience should include documented ability to move horses up the levels to Grand Prix. Duties include: assessing young stock, training horses of all levels, supervising and training of support staff, representing the facility and its horses. The candidate shall support facility hosted riding clinics & an annual USDF-recognized dressage competition. Must have strong communication skills, ability to multitask & prioritize & have advanced horse & dressage knowledge.
 Tempel Farms is home to a breeding, training and performance program of Lipizzan horses. It is also an international-caliber boarding and training facility. During summer months, Tempel Farms hosts bi-weekly Lipizzan performances in the tradition of the Spanish Riding School.
Clinics are held annually with Conrad Schumacher. Tempel Farms also hosts one dressage competition annually.
