Goofy, FEI Dressage Pony

This is an exclusive opportunity to acquire an internationally confirmed and young FEI Dressage pony. Goofy is a lovely, sympathetic New Forest pony gelding who has been competed at FEI pony level for two years.

Goofy was awarded the "prestation predicate" by the Dutch New Forest Pony society for his outstanding performances at national and international dressage level. He has been competing at international FEI Dressage Pony level, achieving average scores between 63 and 67%. At the CDI Zwolle, he scored 64.122%. At his last international performance in Weikersdorf, Austria, in October 2008, he scored 65,68 % in the team test (6th place) and 67,50 % in the kur to music (4th place). This pony has not yet reached the limit of his potential. Being 9-years old, Gooft has plenty of time to develop into an even higher scoring dressage pony.

Goofy is a fantastic sport pony with three good gaits and a golden temperament. He is honest, reliable and loves attention. He is easy and responsive to the aids and in outstanding health. He loves to be turned out daily and gives it his all under saddle. Goofy is an energetic pony who is willing to work for his rider.

Goofy is offered for sale as his owner/rider is turning 17 and making the switch to horses.
