Show Jumpers Surpringly Take Highest Prices at 107th
Elite Auction
The
107th Elite Auction of Hanoverian Sport Horses set another
record by selling the most expensive jumping horse ever
at an Elite-auction at Verden: The four-year-old outstanding
jumping talent Lantinus by Landkoenig/Argentinus achieved
the top price of 215.000, - EURO. His new owner is Mr.
Ostendorf from Syke, who himself is a young and talented
show jumping rider. The most expensive dressage horse
of the auction was the seven-years-old black gelding
Walkie Talkie by Weltruhm/Donnerhall. He was bought
for 110.000,-- EURO by a Hanoverian fan from Hamburg
and will now be ridden by Martin Christensen.
The 107th Hanoverian Elite-auction ended with the second
best result overall. The 74 riding horses achieved an
average price of 29.385,14 EURO. The 36 foals was sold
for an average price of 5.119,44 EURO. Two foals achieved
the top price of 10,000, - EURO: Desiree by Dressage
Royal/Akzent II was sold to a buyer from Italy and Crazy
Dancer by Charon/Warkant was bought by the famous Paul
Schockemoehle from Muehlen.
