Looking Forward, Price Highlight of the 2007 Munster October Elite Auction

Looking ForwardThe 3-year old stallion Looking Forward became the price highlight of the 2007 Westfalian October Elite Auction in Munster, Germany, October 7, 2007. The bay stallion by Laudabilis x Lord Sinclair I x Romadour II sold for 160,000 euro. The gorgeous mover is bred by Gestut Kühlmann and was owned by Iris Lüpertz.

Second most expensive horse was Diamond Boy, a 4-year old bay gelding by Diamond Hit x Fleurop. A Brazilian dressage fan bought Günter Voss' horse for 131,000 euro.

The 3-year old mare Luxus Girl (by Laudabilis x Don Bedo) sold to 106,000 euro. She is bred and owned by Winfried Albers. A small collection of brood mares was also presented at auction. The top knock down price was achieved by La Perla, a Laudabilis x Weltmeyer mare, in foal to Sandro Hit. She sold for 21,000 euro.

The most expensive pony was the grey licensed show jumping stallion Little Milton. This Nortenjo x Dublin offspring, bred by Tristan Lethmate and presented by Georg Bruns, sold for 25,000 euro to Moscow, Russia.

Fifthy-eight sport horses sold in total at this auction and they achieved an average price of 34.397 euro.
